Bosch Appliance Support provides professional Bosch appliance diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and component replacement for residential and commercial clients. Our services cover dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, ovens, washers, dryers, vent hoods, wine coolers, and other Bosch home appliances.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
• Customers must provide technicians with safe, unobstructed access to the appliance and relevant appliance information (model number, description of issue).
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you promptly.

4. Estimates and Pricing

• A written estimate will be provided before any repair work begins.
• Diagnostic fees are separate from repair costs unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes — customer approval is required before proceeding.
• All prices shown on our website are starting prices (“from $X”) and may vary based on model, location, and complexity of the repair.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are made beforehand. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. Past-due accounts may be subject to a service charge.

6. Warranty on Service

• All labor carries a 30-day warranty from the date of service completion.
• Replacement parts receive the manufacturer’s warranty only.
• Our warranty does not cover consumables such as refrigerant, filters, fuses, access valves, or wear-related parts.

• Extended warranty coverage requires yearly maintenance performed by Bosch Appliance Support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bosch Appliance Support shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including food spoilage, water damage, or loss of use
• Pre-existing cosmetic damage to appliances or surrounding surfaces
• Damages arising from customer-provided parts or prior repairs by others
• Service delays caused by part availability or manufacturer backorders

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property
